There was a national race track competition in Velp last Sunday. There were six Basenjis entered, including Mirtillo and Aoide. We had a lovely day, with nice company and nice results. Aoide became first in the first course and was allowed to run in red during the final, in which she became second and best female. Mirtillo was second in his first course and had the third time overall. In the final he ended up third. There were only two courses because of the high temperature.
